A definite TEN

December 16, 2015

Arkansas State University-Mountain Home(ASUMH) will present the TEN Tenors on Saturday, Dec. 19 in a show called Home for the Holidays.

The performance will be held at 7 p.m. in the Ed Coulter Performing Arts Center inside the Vada Sheid Community Development Center (The Sheid) at ASUMH. Sponsored by VisionAmp Marketing, the show is part of the fifth anniversary Performing Arts Series at ASUMH.

Tickets for the show are $35 plus fees for adults and $17.50 plus fees for students. Tickets are available at the Box Office weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., online at www.thesheid.com, or by phone at (870) 508-6280.

The TEN Tenors, from Australia, have been performing for 16 years across the globe. Performances feature a colorful repertoire that pays homage to both classical composers and popular artists.

Home for the Holidays will include favorites like “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” “Ave Maria,” “Feliz Navidad,” “Joy to the World,” “O Holy Night,” “Sleigh Ride,” “Little Drummer Boy,” “The Christmas Song,” “White Christmas,” and “Winter Wonderland.”

The group’s producer, D.J. Wendt adds, “We like to think audiences come to our show to hear arias and classical pieces that will give them goose bumps like they have never felt before. With our shows, we know they will get that, but we promise to also make you feel like you have just rocked out or been to the best party you have been to in ages.”
